Who We Are

William Evans attended University of Miami school of Business Administration for the study of Management. Upon leaving college, he parlayed his construction and real estate experience and business skills to establish Estate Services LLC. Now in the 8th year of business he has completed countless projects in residential and commercial construction. He is also engaged in purchasing, remodeling, and selling properties with a long time friend and colleague James Walsh, this enterprise being known as Premier Homebuyers Group (www.PremierHomebuyersGroup.com).

 William holds a Construction Supervisors License, a Real Estate Salespersons License, and is a registered Home Improvement Contractor with the State of Massachusetts. Estate Services LLC carries liability and workers compensation insurance.
